1. Pre-Made Items
- Processing Time: All pre-made items are processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on inventory and order volume.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (depending on your location and shipping method selected).
- Same-Day Processing: In some cases, if the order is placed early in the day and the item is in stock, it may ship out the same day.
2. Pre-Orders
- Production Time: Pre-order items are items that are not yet in stock but are being made specifically for you. Depending on production schedules, pre-orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month to ship. Please refer to the specific product page for an estimated shipping window.
- Shipping Time: Once your pre-order item is ready, it will be shipped according to our standard shipping times (usually 3 to 7 business days from dispatch). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Note: Please be aware that pre-order items are made-to-order, and production or shipping delays may occur due to factors such as high demand, supply chain issues, or custom designs.
3. Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, we will ship the pre-made items separately and as soon as they are ready, while the pre-order items will be shipped once they are in stock.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
5. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ship all orders within the stated timeframes, please note that external factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs can occasionally affect delivery times.
