Shipping — how your piece gets to you

Every Seizor order is packed by hand, in-house. No warehouse, no third party touching your piece. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you order:

Free shipping, always (US)

Every US order ships free. No minimums, no codes, no games. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Ready-to-ship pieces

  • Packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Order before 3:00 PM EST Monday–Friday and it often leaves the same day.
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
  • Products marked "PREMADE & READY TO SHIP" fall under this window.

Made-to-order pieces

  • Some pieces are cut, stitched, and stone-set specifically for you. That craft takes 2–3 weeks of production before shipping — the product page always tells you when a piece is made-to-order.
  • Once it's ready, it ships with the same 3–7 business day delivery window and full tracking.
  • If demand spikes and production runs longer, we'll tell you — you'll never be left guessing.

Tracking, from our hands to yours

  • The moment your order ships you get a confirmation with tracking to the email (and phone, if you're on our SMS list) you gave at checkout.
  • If your order has both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, we ship the ready pieces first — no waiting on one for the other. Both get their own tracking.

If something goes sideways

Carriers have bad days — weather, delays, the occasional lost scan. If your tracking hasn't moved or something feels off, don't sit on it: email support@seizorstudios.com with your order number and we'll chase it down with you. You're family — we don't leave you refreshing a tracking page alone.

Sizing note before you order

All sales are final (size exchanges welcome within 7 days — see our Refund & Exchange policy). Check the size chart on every product page, and if you're between sizes, reach out before you order. Two minutes of sizing help beats a week of exchange shipping.
